Hello Everybody,

Happy New Year! In the new, out with the old! Its hard to believe another year has gone past us, so as we look forward to 2009 it’s a good time to reflect on all that 2008 had to offer. I’m sure a lot of you laughed, even more may have cried and everything in between. But what was your highlight of the year?

One thing we can all look forward to is benevolent Jupiter moving into the forward thinking sign of Aquarius on January 5th where it will stay for the rest of the year. With this placement we can expect to see more equal opportunity and hopefully progress can be made toward global humanitarian efforts.

Now that the dust has settled from the holiday season and we try to get back into the swing of things, I leave you with the horoscopes for January.

THE SUN IS IN...

The Sun remains in Capricorn for the first part of the month but moves into provocative Aquarius on January 20th. This is a good time of year to get together for networking or brainstorming exercises as creative mental juices flow easily. People born under this fixed air sign tend to be freedom loving and being ruled by unpredictable Uranus, have their own unique brand of individuality.

URANUS, PLANETARY RULER:

Symbolized by lightning, Uranus can be strike suddenly and have shocking effects yet at the same time its energy is electric and stimulating. As the first planet to be discovered in modern history, it has also come to represent science and technological advance. Uranus in a chart will show where we want to go against the grain and also where we have our most innovative ideas.
